Update: Bladen County plans for National Day of Prayer

Each year some gather to observe the National Day of Prayer in Bladen County. This year, several area pastors are encouraging others to get out and pray.

Rev. Warren Hill invites the public to celebrate the National Day of Prayer in the parking lot of Dublin Elementary School located at  7048 Albert St, in Dublin.

In his invitation, Rev. Hill said, “Join us as we pray together for our country, state, counties, cities, schools, churches and first responders.”

The event will be held on Thursday, May 2nd at 7:00 p.m. according to Rev. Hill.

Dr. Mack Roberts with Galeed Baptist Church and other area ministers will hold a prayer service at the Bladenboro Historical Building located at 818 S Main St, in Bladenboro starting at 7 pm.
