In order to ensure the safety of staff, all branches of the Bladen County Public Library will be closed Thursday, September 13- Saturday, September 15. The libraries do not have Sunday hours.

As of 3 p.m. today (Wednesday, Sept. 12), all book drops will be locked or secured as library staff will not be here to check in the books for several days starting on Thursday, and the hurricane may damage the book drops and in turn damage the books inside the drops.

The Bladen County Public Library will not charge overdue fines from now until Monday, September 17. This period may be extended, depending on conditions after the hurricane. Please stay safe during the storm.
