One Bladen County resident tried his luck and won during this March Madness season. The lottery game played was “Win It All” according to the North Carolina Education Lottery’s website.
Now, Mr. Harold McDowell from Elizabethtown has a great return on his investment for the one lottery game ticket. McDowell purchased the prize winning ticket at Community Mart located at 909 E. Broad Street in Elizabethtown.
Mcdowell claimed his winnings on Friday, March 22, 2019 in Raleigh. The lump sum total was $141,501 after state and federal taxes were taken out.
