The North Carolina Department of Transportation announced upcoming road closures. There will be a detour for NC41 and NC410 due to lights being installed at the round about near Dublin.
UPCOMING CLOSURE:
Lights will be installed at the Round About
Detour: NC41 will use NC131 and SR1100 (Center Road). NC410 will use SR1107 (Pleasant Grove Church Road). Construction will start Wednesday, January 12, 2022 8:00 am through January 12, 2022 8:00 p.m.
CLOSED:
SR1176 Forrest Drive, Bladenboro is closed due to pipe replacement. January 5, 2022 through January 14, 2022. There is no detour.
US Highway 701N
The both lanes of the North Bound US Highway 701 over the Cape Fear River is closed. Traffic will be rerouted to the Southbound lanes. The closure has a WIDE LOAD TRAFFIC RESTRICTION.
ELWELL FERRY
Elwell Ferry is closed. At this time NCDOT has not released information on when the ferry may reopen.
