Kindergarten screening for the 2015-16 school year is underway.
Requirements for kindergarten registration includes:
* “Certified” Birth Certificate (not mother’s copy)
* Child must be 5 years old on or before August 31st.
* Kindergarten Health Assessment (blue form)
* Immunization Record
* Social Security Card
* Proof of residence
