All Bladen County schools and and offices are closed Thursday due to inclement weather, including possible road flooding and tornadoes from Tropical Storm Elsa, it was announced Wednesday.
Schools and offices are closed on Fridays during summer operating hours. The system plans to reopen Monday morning.
