Bladen County School will conduct pre-kindergarten screening in April for the 2020-21 school year.
Requirements for pre-kindergarten registration include:
* “Certified” Birth Certificate (not mother’s copy)
* Child must be 4 years old on or before August 31.
* Pre-kindergarten Health Assessment
* Immunization Record
* Social Security Card
* Proof of residence (ex.: water or light bill, rent receipt)
* Proof of income (ex.: pay stub or W2’s)
