The Bladen County Shrine Club recognized East Bladen High School Football Coach Robbie Priest on Friday night as he was recently named as an Assistant Coach for the 81st annual Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas. The Bladen County Shriners Wes Johnson and Paul Johnson presented Coach Priest with a jacket to mark the occasion during the Homecoming festivities. The East Bladen Eagles went on to win the game, 42 to Fairmont’s 38.
The 2017 Shrine Bowl, which features North Carolina vs. South Carolina, is scheduled to be played Saturday, December 17, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Gibbs Stadium at Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C.
