East Bladen and West Bladen High School students attended the 78th annual Senior Beta Club Convention held this past weekend in Greensboro.

East Bladen student Adonis Johnson won first place in the History competition. The Club also placed third in their campaign skit. Emily Scott campaigned for President.

West Bladen student Sean Davis advanced to the finals in the Special Talent competition. Amber Long campaigned for Vice-President.

Though the students campaigned for office no one from Bladen County won the elections, however, all the students performed well and represented Bladen County in a great way according to those in attendance.
