Receives scholarships
Wilmington, NC-Cape Fear Community College has announced its President’s Lists for the Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 semesters. Attaining this honor both semesters is Hayley Hall of Bladenboro, N.C. Students maintaining an average of 4.0 are eligible for this honor. While at CFCC Hayley has been awarded the SECU Scholarship and the Golden Leaf Scholarship. She is a member of Community Involvement and Service Learning and was recently inducted into Phi Theta Kappa, where she serves as Vice President of Scholarships. Hayley was crowned Miss New Hanover County (Majestic) in April, and will serve as a community fundraiser and volunteer for Victory Junction camp for children with serious illnesses. She is a student in both medical technology and college transfer majors, and is employed by Wilmington Water Tours.
