BladenOnline.com AppBladenOnline.com is hosting a community forum on Wednesday afternoon at 3 p.m. in the Bladen Community College auditorium.  The community forum is for members of law enforcement, elected officials, community leaders, churches, schools, business leaders and other interested parties. Light refreshments will be provided.

“After speaking with community members, commissioners, and law enforcement about the climate in our nation we feel it necessary to hold a community forum to begin discussions and gain trust,” said Bladen Online owner Charlotte Smith.

She said the community forum is designed with the hopes of establishing better communication and educating each other about issues in our communities.

Topics to be discussed will include but are not limited to what to do when you are stopped by law enforcement, how to better share information between the community and law enforcement, and establishing overall better communication. Other topics for discussion is better training and education for law enforcement and how we can better communicate with one another.
