The Bladen Recreation Football season kicked off Monday night at County Park with games in three different age groups.
10-12 Tackle Football
Huskies 19, Pirates 0: Malcolm Bolden rushed for over 100 yards and scored all 3 touchdowns to lead the Huskies to a 19-0 victory over the Pirates.
7-9 Tackle Football
Tigers 19, Badgers 7: Kewone Washington, Christopher Cromartie and Cole Butler scored one touchdown each to lead the Tigers to a 19-7 victory over the Badgers. Trenton Bostic scored the Badger touchdown.
