The Bladen County Board of Education has called a special meeting for Monday to discuss and take action on the architectural services contract for the new Tar Heel School, and to go into closed session for the purpose of discussing personnel and to consult with an attorney, if needed, and to take action on personnel, if needed, it was announced Thursday.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at the Bladen County Schools office in Elizabethtown.
The meeting will be open to the public, according to the school system. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will also be broadcast virtually. A hyperlink will be activated prior to the meeting to allow the public to listen to the meeting.
