Bladen County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay for students and staff Tuesday because of the possibility of localized flooding caused by Monday’s heavy rains, the system announced Monday night.
The delay will allow the school system’s Transportation Department an opportunity to check bus routes.
If any additional changes need to be made to Tuesday’s operating schedule, Bladen County Schools announced it will provide an update by 7 a.m.
Monday, the school system had a remote learning day because of the anticipated heavy rains.
