Request for Proposals
Bladen Smart Start – A Partnership for Children, Inc. is accepting applications for Smart Start activities to run from December 6, 20 I 6 to June 30, 2016. Agencies or individuals submitting bids for the one year of service must also submit a budget for the fiscal year.
Bladen Smart Start administers Smart Start funds for Bladen County. Smart Start is a comprehensive early childhood initiative supported by public and private funds to help all children, birth to age 5, enter school healthy and ready to succeed.
Bladen Smart Start is accepting applications for the following Smart Start activity pending approval by the North Carolina Partner ship for Children:
- Quality Enhancement Consultation and Coaching
Agencies or individuals wishing to submit an application must have: a) history of human service provision; b) capacity to provide requested services; c) knowledge of Smart Start mission & goals and d) ability to submit three references if requested.
Application packets and information on the bidding process can he requested by contact in g the Bladen Smart Start office. Questions in regards to the proposals will be received until 6:00 pm on Thursday, December 15, 2016.
Completed proposals must be received by BCPFC on or before 6:00 pm on Thursday, December 15, 2016, to be considered. Mail or hand-deliver proposals to the attention of Lynn R. Vic k, Executive Director. Both paper and electronic copies of the application are required.
