D.M. (Mac) Campbell Jr. (right) presents check from Bladen We Care to Rev. Kinsey Barrow, director of Southeastern Carolina Crossroads, to support the rehab center that is located on Susie Sand Road in Elizabethtown.
Bladen We Care is a not-for-profit, volunteer organization. Campbell has said the group has raised $2.5 million over 30 years. The money is used to help needy families in Bladen County with medical costs.
Bladen We Care also has awarded scholarships at Bladen Community College and UNC-Pembroke.
