For the 26th year, Bladen We Care will hold their Annual fundraisers, a golf tournament and a Gala.

The Gala will be held Friday, April 17 beginning at 7 p.m. at The Venue at White Lake. The wear WHITE Party features Hors-D’Ieuvers, a raffle, an auction and lots of music by the Black Water Rhythm & Blues Band.  Tickets are still available for $100 per couple, or reserve a table for 8 individuals for $500.

Every penny raised goes to provide assistance for Bladen County residents who are dealing with difficult medical type issues.  Bladen We Care works with other groups in the county, such as the Bladen Baptist, Bladen Crisis and many more.  Bladen We Care has no employees, only unpaid volunteers.

The second fundraiser is the annual golf tournament, this year at The Vineyard at White Lake.  The course has never been in better shape.  AM and PM starting times on Thursday, April 23rd.

Response to both events has been very good.  And, again, all money raised is used to support Bladen County residents   with medical related problems.  The assistance is, for me the most part, one time help to purchase medicines or other such needs.

For more information, call Tori at 862-4107 or Mac at 874-4001.  Remember the dates, Friday April 17 for the Gala and Thursday, April 23 for the golf tournament.
