The Bladenboro Board of Commissioners on Monday are expected to recognize two women for their devoted service to the community and First Baptist Church.
Annie J. Lacy, 87, and Juanita P. Jones, 86, will be honored at the board’s regularly scheduled monthly meet at Town Hall on Ivey Street. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. The public is invited.
Other items on Monday’s agenda include discussion of quotes for a a town web site, and on McLean Park and PARTF Grant Scope. The board also is expected to go into closed session to discuss a personnel issue.
