Bladenboro residents may soon be able to pay town bills online if the town board approves an agreement with a vendor for online bill pay. The item is on the agenda for Monday’s meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. at Town Hall on Ivey Street. The meeting is open to the public.
Also Monday, the board is expected to go into closed session to discuss personnel issues. Bladenboro officials have been reviewing applications for a town administrator. Melanie Hester, who has been the administrator for more than a year, has requested to return to her previous job as town clerk.
