Rain couldn’t stop the enthusiasm as folks lined the streets in Bladenboro for the 44th annual Bladenboro Christmas Parade on Saturday morning.
Brightly decorated floats, beauty queens, classic cars and majorettes made their way through town heralding the official beginning to the Christmas season. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived in style in a sleigh to the delight of the children.
The Bladenboro Fire Department conducted a barbecue plate fundraiser which was deemed a success.
