The town of Bladenboro has declared a state of emergency and issued a curfew for the next two nights in anticipation of severe weather caused by Hurricane Matthew.
A declaration signed by Mayor Rufus Duckworth on Friday afternoon says the curfew is in effect from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. beginning Friday night and ending Sunday morning. The curfew applies only to within Bladenboro town limits.
