A Bladenboro mother and her daughter who are both students at Bladenboro’s Carolina Karate won awards Saturday at the “Carolina’s Best Martial Arts Championship” held in Myrtle Beach.
Heather Lennon Hall won first-place in both forms and sparring. Her daughter Caroline Britt placed second in sparring. Heather and Caroline are pictured with their instructor Daniel Miller.
