Bladenboro native Keith Todd has been named the chief information services director for Cumberland County, manager Amy Cannon announced Wednesday.
Todd had been the information services department’s deputy director for two years. He replaces Betty Clark, who retired Feb. 1 after 29 years with Cumberland County. He has worked for Cumberland County’s information services department since Sept. 2004.
Todd is a graduate of Bladenboro High School. He holds an associate’s degree in Information Systems/Network Administration and Support from Robeson Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from East Carolina University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Liberty University.
“Keith has the technical and leadership skills to guide the department and oversee several upcoming projects that are critical to our technology plan,” Cannon said.
