Erin Smith, Public Relations Chair for the Elizabethtown Rotary Club, spoke at the November 21st Bladenboro Rotary meeting. Miss Smith gave valuable tips to members on how they could “grow” the club.
She included ideas such as how to promote the club through the use of news media, holding a joint event with another Rotary Club, becoming involved with RYLA and Rotaract, and holding a social to invite the community to come and learn about Rotary.
“It’s important that you keep your club and your club’s activities in front of people,” said Smith.
She also gave them an update on upcoming events for the Elizabethtown Rotary Club.
