The Bladenboro Spring Fling is drawing a crowd today in downtown Bladenboro. There is live entertainment, food and craft vendors.
Winners of the baking contests have been announced. Wendy Dockery won the Pound Cake Baking contest and Cynthia Singletary won the Biscuit Baking Contest. They both won plaques for their victories and $100. Mrs. Singletary donates her cash prize back to the Boost the Boro non-profit hosting the event.

Live entertainment will continue until 10 p.m. with Gary Lowder & the Smokin Hot taking the stage at 7 p.m.
