The Bladen County Board of Commissioners’ meetings scheduled for Monday, December 3, 2018 have several important topics on the agenda. The board will elect the next Chair and Vice Chair of the Board of Commissioners during the regular scheduled meeting.
Kelly Robeson with the Bladen County Division on Aging will lead a Dementia Friends Initiative Training at the the special meeting planned before the regular meeting.
Also on the agenda are items about recognizing Veronica Hester’s Retirement from Bladen County Water, a public hearing will be held for rezoning, Water District items will be addressed, and a Pilot Roadside Litter Pick Up Program to an Ongoing Basis will be presented by Sheriff Jim McVicker.
The Special meeting is scheduled to begin at 5pm, followed by the regular meeting at 6:30pm.
