Bobby Gooden returns to profession he loves
If there is one thing Bobby Gooden knows, its automobiles. He has been a familiar face to many folks over the years who have purchased cars or trucks from him and has recently been spotted at Lumberton Chevrolet.
Gooden has never met a stranger. “I love to meet people and to talk with people,” he said. That was the very reason that prompted him to give up his retirement and return to the profession he loves.
“I’m back,” he said. He is now at Lumberton Chevrolet and is available three days per week. Gooden, who hails from Bladen County, says he is ready to assist anyone who is in need of a new or used vehicle.
“I encourage all of my friends and former customers to come and see me,” said Gooden.
When asked why he chose to give up retirement, Gooden said, “I missed the people and the camaraderie.”
He said at Lumberton Chevrolet, there is a great selection of new cars, trucks and SUVs from which to choose. The dealership offers a full line of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac vehicles. If it is a new Cadillac CTS or a new Tahoe you are looking for, look no further. “Our inventory is second to none,” said Gooden.
In addition to a large selection of new vehicles, at Lumberton Chevrolet, there is great selection of pre-owned vehicles to choose from as well. “We have the best selection,” said Gooden.
The service department is staffed with excellent mechanics ready to assist with everything from routine service matters to resolving mechanical issues.
