The Boil Water Advisory for the Mt. Horeb/Lisbon area has been lifted, according to Bladen County Water Department Director Randy Garner.
The well on Lisbon Road that was struck by lightning in the early hours of Tuesday morning is back in service, said Garner. He said the damage was limited to some blown fuses which have been changed.
“We were fortunate,” said Garner of the incident.
