ROSE HILL – Union scored six goals in about 23 minutes of the second half en route to a 10-1 win over West Bladen on Monday in the Four County 1A/2A Conference opener for both schools. The game was stopped with 16:55 remaining because of the nine-goal rule.
Jorchael Gonzalez scored West Bladen’s goal. The Knights, 2-3-2 overall, are scheduled to play at Wallace-Rose Hill on Wednesday and host Whiteville on Thursday.
