SoccerMaynor Espinoza scored three goals and had an assist in leading defending 1-A state champion Wallace-Rose Hill to a 9-0 win against West Bladen on Monday.

Javier Maldonado had two goals and two assists, and David Sosa and Junior Pacheco each had two goals for the Bulldogs, who improved to 6-1 in the Four County 1A/2A Conference and 10-3-1 overall.

West Bladen dropped to 1-8 in the league and 4-11-2 overall. The Knights are scheduled to travel to Rocky Point on Wednesday to play Heidi Trask.
