Break-ins on NC 210 West solved

Sheriff James A. McVicker announced the arrest of Jonathan Allen Hall, 26, of 10101 NC Hwy. 53 East, Kelly, for two separate incidents of  breaking and entering in the 600 block of NC 210 West, Garland.

“Hall was arrested after he was found to have pawned property stolen from this residence on two separate occasions,” said McVicker. “The home was entered at least twice in the last month and during these times a television set, a handgun and two shotguns were stolen. Investigators were able to trace the stolen property to the Pawn Plus Pawn Shop in Bladenboro and the House of Quality Pawn in Lumberton. This property was recovered and we hope to recover more in the coming week.”

Hall was charged with one count of misdemeanor probation violation, two counts of felony breaking and entering, two counts of felony larceny, two counts of felony possession of stolen goods and one count of felony larceny of a firearm. Hall’s bond was set at $60,000 secured.
