DUBLIN – Bladen Community College has recognized long-time Board of Trustees member, Shirley Clark Bridger, for extraordinary service to the college and the community. Chairman of the Board Dennis Troy presented Bridger with a personalized photograph of the college, and an engraved plate commemorating twelve years of commitment to BCC.
Dr. William Findt, college president remarked, “Ms. Bridger’s love of the college and the community was evident in everything she did. She always prioritized the students and their success.”
Bridger was appointed by the Board of Education to serve on the community college board in 2003.
