The tenth annual Cape Fear Regional Cattle Conference will be held on Tuesday, February 5th, at the Southeastern N.C. Agricultural Events Center located at 1027 Highway 74 East, Lumberton.
Registration is at 4 pm and the speakers start at 4:30 pm. Cost is $5 and you can pay at the door. Topics and speakers include Bermuda Grass Management by Dr. Dennis Hancock, Extension Specialist in Forage Crops, University of Georgia and Bermuda Grass Variety Trial and Selection by Dr. Miguel Castillo, Assistant Professor, NC State University and Becky Spearman, Bladen Cooperative Extension. The program includes a meal and vendors.
