A car struck a neighbor’s home on Friday afternoon in Clarkton.
The crash ocurred at 66 East Roberts Street, when Jane Minard of Clarkton, mistook the gas pedal for the brake and her vehicle careened into a porch post and struck the side of the house, according to North Carolina Highway Patrol Trooper Freeman.
No injuries were reported.
The Clarkton Fire Department, Bladen County EMS, and the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office all responded.
