Boost the Boro, Inc., of Bladenboro, North Carolina, is gearing up for an unforgettable weekend of family fun, featuring the annual Beast Fest with the popular “Trunk or Treat” event. Residents and visitors alike are invited to partake in the festivities downtown, this Friday and Saturday. The festival is promising an array of activities suitable for all ages.
Beast Fest Entertainment
The excitement is in the air with Beast Fest, where music and laughter fill the air. On Friday night, groove to the sounds of The Pink Slips Band, sponsored by Walane Gas and State Farm – Eddie White. The musical journey extends into Saturday with a performance from The Tonez, brought to you by Sykes Paving. Both nights promise lively entertainment from 5 PM onward.
Fun Time Amusement Rides
Beast Fest wouldn’t be complete without the thrills of amusement rides. Available on Friday evening and throughout Saturday, rides can be accessed with a $20 armband for unlimited fun, or tickets can be purchased at $1 each, with special bundle pricing available. Whether you spin, swing, or slide, there’s a ride for everyone!
Children’s Costume Contest
Don’t miss the Children’s Costume Contest on Saturday at 4 PM, a highlight for the little ones. Children from under 2 to 12 years old can participate and showcase their most creative, spooky costumes. Prizes will be awarded for originality and boldness, so let your imagination run wild!
Trunk or Treat Event
Adults and children alike will enjoy the annual New Light Church’s “Trunk or Treat” on October 26 from 5 to 7 PM. This family-friendly gathering offers children a safe environment to enjoy the season, collecting treats from creatively decorated car trunks filled with goodies.
