Karen Brand, Director of Communications at the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, commented: “Charlotte offers exclusive experiences in an urban haven, with an ever-evolving cityscape, diverse culinary scene, star-studded sporting events and more. With tons to offer and several soon-to-be announced activities for next year, we are excited the Queen City is being recognized on Travel Lemming’s list of Best Places to Travel in 2023.”

In explaining why Charlotte was selected, the article says “Charlotte provides all the amenities of a larger city without the overwhelm. Diverse attractions make it a worthy destination for a variety of visitors.”
