This year, as part of the “Bladen County Christmas – 30 Days of Celebration”, the Elizabethtown – White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce promotes activities at the Cape Fear Farmer Market on all four Saturdays leading up to Christmas.
The schedule includes:
November 27—Shop Local & Local Talent (any Chamber Member can set up for free)
December 4—Gingerbread House Contest
December 11— Santa Paws Walk & Pictures of Your Pets
December 18 – Last-Minute Shopping
Local talent and performers are needed to volunteer to be part of the entertainment on Saturdays. Anyone interested in performing should contact the Chamber office at 910-862-4368.
There is a special discount to crafters and home-based businesses who would like to sign up for one or all four Saturdays. The rate is $5 per day for both inside and outside booths. The price for booth spaces is usually $7 per day. Vendors set up by 9 am, until 2 pm. Tables will be on a first-come, first-served basis except for long-term vendors with reserved spots. Vendors also have the opportunity to display on Sunday, November 28, from 12 noon to 5 pm.
