Greeting brothers and sisters in the Lord,
We are writing you this letter to invite your youth to be a part of our Back2School Extravaganza which will take place from Wednesday, Aug. 24, through Saturday, August 27.
On Wednesday & Thursday, we will have a youth revival, beginning each night at 7 p.m. The preacher for the revival will be Rev. Pia Jessup, pastor of Miller’s Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church in Garland. On Friday at 7 p.m., we will have a Youth Explosion. We are looking for youth choirs, praise dancers, steppers, etc. to be a part of helping us lift up the name of Jesus.
On Saturday, the Bladen County School Association & Bladen County chapter of the NAACP will host a Back2School Fair at the Elizabethtown Farmer’s Market, beginning at 10 a.m. There will be music, games, fun activities, book bag give-a-way, among other activities. We want your youth to be a part of the revival, youth explosion, and the Back2School Fair. We are expecting a major move of God throughout this week. Partner with us as we cover and lift up our young people as they prepare for a new school year.
