WHITEVILLE – West Bladen High hosted the Class 2A MidEast Golf Regional Monday at Land O’Lakes Golf Club. Midway won the regional with a 331 team scored.
Clinton finished second with a 339 total. Randleman’s Connor Lineberry won medalist honors with a 72 by 3 strokes over Wheatmore’s Brodie Perry.
West Bladen’s Chad Garner shot a 92 for the lowest Bladen County score in the regional. Teammate Wyatt Bordeaux carded a 95, and Evan Richardson posted a 96 for the Knights.
East Bladen’s Kenneth Kinlaw shot a 99.
