The Bladen County Board of Commissioners will meet on Monday night and hear an update from Bladen County Register of Deeds Beverly Parks.
The board is also set to recognize the winners of the Keep Bladen Beautiful Essay Contest, recognize Patricia Smith for her retirement that is effective on April 30; and recognize employees for their years of service.
The board will also receive the financial dashboard from Finance Director Lisa Coleman for the period ending March 31.
The board will also hear an update from Bladen County Manager Greg Martin and consider awarding the contract for the Department of Social Services lobby construction project.
Consent agenda items up for approval include budget amendments, county attorney invoices, tax releases and refunds, EZ Edge Grant application through the State Library of North Carolina, PARTF grant application, and FY 2016-17 Juvenile Crime Prevention Council Program agreement.
