UNC Health Southeastern will sponsor a community COVID-19 vaccination event on Friday, Oct. 22 from 3-6 p.m. at the Downtown Lumberton Plaza.
The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine will be administered during the event. Anyone ages 12 to 17 who would like the vaccine will need approval from a parent or guardian. Individuals requesting a second or third dose will need to present their vaccination card.
Participants will be required to wear facemasks and social distance. They are also encouraged to decorate their facemasks in Halloween or Breast Cancer Awareness themes.
Live entertainment will be provide by the Zac Brown Tribute Brand “20 RIDE”, which is sponsored by the Southeastern Health Foundation.
