Command Sergeant Major Annie L Walker, a native of Elizabethtown and a graduate of East Bladen class of 1985, had her Change of Responsibility Ceremony on Thursday, March 9, 2018, at Fort Jackson, S.C. Fort Jackson was where CSM Walker last served as the 10th Command Sergeant Major, United States Army Financial Management School, Corps and Regiment. CSM Walker proudly served her country for 32 years.
