Curfew Proclamation:
Effective September 22, 2018: There will be a Daily CURFEW for Kelly, Rowan and Ivanhoe communities from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, until further notice.
This curfew is in effect for the following areas:
• NC 53/East of Bivens Bridge Road
• NC 210/East of Hwy 41
• NC 11/North of Cape Fear River
This Proclamation shall become effective immediately, proclaimed this 22nd day of September, 2018 at 10:00 am.
The curfew requirements will continue to be assessed as water recedes and roads are evaluated for safe travel.
All other curfew orders have been lifted for Bladen County.
