As the guest speaker, Mize provided an in-depth look into the CTE programs offered by BCS, highlighting the wealth of opportunities available to students.
With an attentive audience of community members and business owners, Mize delivered an engaging and hands-on presentation about the diverse career pathways available through CTE. She not only outlined the many ways Bladen County Schools are preparing students for the workforce but also took the opportunity to gather feedback on how CTE can best serve the local community.
BCS expressed their gratitude for Mize’s dedication, saying, “Mrs. Mize, thank you for your leadership and commitment to our students!” Her insightful presentation underscored the district’s focus on equipping students with practical skills and knowledge for future success, while also fostering collaboration with local businesses to ensure programs align with community needs.
