The Legacy Motown Review drew a crowd Thursday evening, July 27th, at the Cape Fear Farmer’s Market. The Red Hat Ladies were in attendance along with many others enjoying the festivities.

“Events like this make me proud of our town,” F.W. Newton said.

The Summer Sounds Concert Series is held the second and fourth Thursday in July and August in Elizabethtown offering a variety of music for folks to enjoy. The concerts are presented by Cape Fear Valley Hospital and the Elizabethtown-White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce with a long host of sponsors.

August will bring more concerts. Black Water Rhythm and Blues is set for the last concert of the season.
