Every year Daylight Saving comes, and this year, daylight saving will begin on March 13th, starting at 2 AM. To prepare for Daylight Saving, people normally change their sleep schedules and adjust the times they set their alarms.

The reason why Daylight Saving exists is to take an hour from the morning and transfer it to the afternoon, giving us an extra hour of daylight, hence, daylight saving time. The extra hour is argued to give people extra time for activities; some of the biggest are high school sports and jobs that require outdoor activities.

Overall, remember to adjust your alarms and clocks to the new time schedules in order to take advantage of the extra hour.
