HOUSTON – Derrick Henry ran for 250 yards and 2 touchdowns, and Sam Sloman kicked a 37-yard game-winning field goal on the last play of the game to give Tennessee a 41-38 National Football League victory over Houston Sunday that clinched the AFC South championship.

The Titans finished the regular season with an 11-5 record and will host the Baltimore Ravens Sunday at 1:05. Henry’s big game made him the NFL’s leading rusher with 2,027 yards.

Former East Bladen star Larrell Murchison played in his 10th game of the season for the Titans and assisted David Long on a tackle of the Texans David Johnson in the 2nd quarter. It was Murchison’s fifth tackle of the season.

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill threw for 216 yards and 2 touchdowns for the winners and capped a 19-play, 75-yard drive with a 5-yard touchdown run that vaulted the Titans in front 38-35 with 1:47 left in the game.

The Texans tied the game 38-38 on a 51-yard field goal by Ka’imi Fairbairn with 22 seconds remaining. Tannehill responded by hurling a 52-yard pass to A. J. Brown that set up Sloman’s winning kick 2 plays later. Brown caught 10 passes for 151 yards and a touchdown.
