DUBLIN – After posting a trio of top-three finishes, Fayetteville’s Robbie Turner claimed his first victory of the season in Saturday night’s Late Model race at Dublin Motor Speedway. Randy Guyton finished second behind Turner, and Conway’s Coley Jennerette took third place.

Myrtle Beach’s Benji Thompson won his second straight Super Street race – and third of the season – at Dublin as he finished ahead of 2-time 2017 Dublin winner Johnny Moore. David Royal claimed third place.

Ryan Gilbert ran his winning streak at Dublin to four straight as he took the checkered flag in Pure Stock ahead of Conway’s Stephen Erskine. Parkton’s Elvin Matthews finished third.

Glenn Register returned to the winner’s circle in U-Car competition after finishing second a week ago. Register has won three 2017 Dublin U-Car races. Chris Reeves took second place, while Larry Eldridge finished third for the second consecutive week.

After a weekend off for Memorial Day, racing will return to Dublin on Saturday June 3rd with the Carolina RaceSaver Sprint Series plus racing in all divisions.
