Dig out your favorite peanut recipe and brush up on your cooking skills! Make plans to enter the cooking contest during the Dublin Peanut Festival on September 16.
Dishes will be judged in three categories including Candy, Bread and Dessert. Contestants will be divided into two age groups: Youth (Ages 8 – 16) and Adult (Ages 17 – up). Age is determined by the age you will be on the day of the festival. Cash prizes will be awarded in each category: 1st – $50, 2nd – $30 and 3rd – $20.
