District 9 and District 2 Dixie Youth Baseball Coach-Pitch Tournaments begin Saturday in Lumberton and Tabor City respectively.
The Elizabethtown All-Stars will play Red Springs at 11:30 Saturday morning at Lumberton’s Northwest Park in District 9 action.
The Bladen County All-Stars will battle Whiteville at 6 p.m. in District 2 play at the Tabor City Recreation Complex.
Both the Bladen County and Elizabethtown Supplemental All-Stars will play in the District 2 Supplemental Tournament in Tabor City.
Elizabethtown will open the tournament at 4 p.m. against host South Columbus, while Bladen County will play Whiteville at 5:30. Play in both double-elimination tournaments will continue through next week.
